Day 1 - Welcome to Naples + Transfer to Positano, Italy
You’ll be warmly greeted on arrival at the airport or rail station in Naples for our chauffeured transfer to Positano. Making the journey with your own car and driver, you can sit back and enjoy the scenery as you skirt the Bay of Naples and cross the lovely Sorrento Peninsula to its southern coast. Arrive in the cliff-side village of Positano and check in to the enchanting Covo dei Saraceni, where our guests enjoy spacious Superior Room accommodations with a private balcony overlooking the sea. [Note: Our car + driver can meet you at your hotel in Naples for the transfer to Positano. If you need a hotel reservation in Naples, our Travel Experts can assist.]
Day 2 - Discover the Amalfi Coast
After breakfast, your private guide will be waiting to take you on a full-day excursion along the Amalfi Coast. Hailed as one of the most spectacular coastal drives in the world, the Amalfi landscapes encompass turquoise seas, pastel-hued fishing villages, sheer cliffs, woodlands and hidden beaches. As this day unfolds with breathtaking vistas at every turn, you’ll stop to explore the historic streets of Amalfi and to admire the mosaic façade of St. Andrew’s Cathedral, which sits atop a grand staircase in the heart of town. Before returning to Positano, you’ll also visit the historic hilltop town of Ravello – revered by artists and poets over the centuries. Meals B
Day 3 - Positano at your Leisure
This entire day is yours to relax and do as you please. There are wonderful cafes and restaurants to try and many shops, galleries and boutiques to explore at your own pace. If you would prefer additional sightseeing, we offer a variety of optional privately-guided excursions including Sorrento, Pompeii, and the Isle of Capri. Meals B
